F6 Group Unveils F6 Ventures: A New Force in Seed-Stage Investment Across MENA and Africa

F6 Group has officially launched F6 Ventures, a new seed-stage venture capital firm established alongside the renowned accelerator Flat6Labs. The firm aims to bridge critical early-stage funding gaps across emerging startup ecosystems in the Middle East and Africa.

With over $90 million in assets under management (AUM) across six funds, F6 Ventures is focused on pre-seed and seed-stage investments. The firm is co-founded by industry veterans Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, and supported by regional partners including Eyad Albayouk, Ryaan Sharif, Rasha Manna, Walid Triki, and Christine Namara—bringing a combined decades-long track record in venture capital and ecosystem building.

As part of a broader transformation, F6 Group now operates through two primary pillars: F6 Ventures as its investment arm and Flat6Labs as its accelerator and founder support platform. This marks a strategic evolution of Flat6Labs’ 14-year journey, expanding its regional footprint and institutional capabilities to drive startup growth.

Headquartered in Cairo with offices in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Amman, Tunis, and Nairobi, F6 Ventures aims to become a regional leader in seed-stage funding. The firm plans to launch additional regional funds across Africa, the GCC, and the Levant, targeting $200 million in AUM and a portfolio of over 200 startups within five years.
