This is the first phase of the "Start and Improve Your Business" program package approved by the International Labour Organization (ILO). It is dedicated to those who are about to start a business and do not have specific ideas or have multiple ideas and want to settle on the best one for their project.
The aim of the program is to generate several project ideas and settle on the best one in preparation for setting up a small business. The training lasts for two days, with 7 hours per day, including lectures and workshops.
The program is delivered by a team of experienced trainers and consultants who have extensive experience in business development and entrepreneurship.

Pre-Incubation program is a process of intense, rapid, and immersive education aimed at speeding up the life cycle of early stage startups, compressing years’ worth of learning by doing into just a few weeks/months by studying 11 modules covering the main areas of the business plan also includes improving the pitching techniques in addition to one to one mentoring session.

If you have a business plan and a prototype and you are looking for incubation at one of TIEC's incubator centers. You can now apply to TIEC incubation at any time during the year. Every three months, the submitted applications will be evaluated and an invitation for pitching will be sent to the preliminary accepted teams. The incubation package exists of: - 60,000 EGP in Cash over three installments based on milestones achievement - Up to 120,000 EGP of in-kind services such as consultancy services, software, hardware and support in marketing. - A working space with basic furniture and Internet Access. - Basic hardware and software tools during incubation time.​​ - Access to technical, subject-matter advisory, business consulting and mentoring.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Central Bank of Egypt’s FinYology- “FinTech for Youth” initiative started in February 2020 to date, with the support of Egyptian banking institute, which stems from the ambitious aspiration that targets the future development of courses and academic specialization of financial technology in the universities, through fostering FinTech and innovation.
