The Investor Services Center is responsible for providing services to investors, both during the company establishment phase and post-establishment. Its main objectives include:
• Bringing all government entities that investors deal with under one roof: This allows investors to obtain the necessary approvals, permits, and licenses to establish, set up, and operate companies through a single location.
• Facilitating the access of investors to integrated and nearby services: The center aims to continuously develop and improve these services.
• Removing obstacles facing investors: By having all relevant government entities in one place, the center streamlines the process and enhances investor satisfaction, improving the investment climate in terms of the ease of government procedures.

Mentoring and consultation

These are Mentoring and counseling programs for entrepreneurs who are about to establish medium/small/micro projects or owners of existing projects to contribute to the success, continuity, and development of these projects. Mentoring is done through long, medium, and short-term programs that are conducted through mentors approved by the MSMEDA’s experts, and MSMEDA starting from Q1/Y2024, by coordinating the provision of Mentoring and counsel from entities/individuals outside the MSMEDA.

The Value Chain Development Centre (VCDC) is one of the key programs developed under the NilePreneurs initiative with the aim to promote SMEs’ growth through a value chain development approach.
