Access to Talent

Pre-Seed

This stage is all about fueling ideation and testing startup opportunities. Founders aim to determine if their product or service can be a viable solution to a real market problem.

Seed

Seed-stage startups are the riskiest and most dynamic. They are typically the youngest and least established, with small core teams (2-10 people) working on developing a minimally viable product or service.

Early

Startups at the early stage have tested a minimum viable product but are yet to achieve full product-market fit. They may have received angel or Series A venture funding (total capital raised between $100,000 and $10 million USD).

Growth

Also known as scale-ups, growth-stage startups have achieved product-market fit. There is significant customer attraction, year-over-year revenue growth, and multiple rounds of venture funding (total capital raised between $5 million and $100 million USD).

Expansion

In the mature stage, the product or service achieves unit profitability and positive cash flows. The company has expanded into multiple geographies and may be approaching or have achieved exit via acquisition or initial public offering (IPO).
