This December 9 – 11th, RiseUp and AMC are fusing together to bring to life what promises to be one of the most explosive pitch competitions to hit the region!

Audience

This Challenge is your opportunity to improve your entrepreneurial skills, display your unique and innovative thinking and also win big. The challenge focuses on:

• Investment-ready start-ups

If your startup is in the growth stage, and it is established registered startup, and you proved your concept and generated revenue, and if you’re seeking a cash injection to help with your growth: then this challenge is for you.

• Idea Entrepreneurs

If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur and you have ideas or thoughts on tackling social challenges such as Climate Change, Renewable Energy, Waste Management, Clean Water, or Unemployment: then this challenge is for you.

Objectives

The Arab Mobile Challenge (AMC) and Mobile Challenge Africa (MCA) are the main competition at this year’s RiseUp summit. The selected start-ups in the competition will be nominated to compete at the Global Mobile Challenge in Barcelona during Mobile World Congress 2017; which is a unique program because of the opportunity to connect to a global platform where some of the best start-ups are being showcased and also where the leaders in mobile and technology gather ever year.
