Register now to participate in “Women's Economic Empowerment Project - Supporting Entrepreneurship”
Register with us in the Project of “Women's Economic Empowerment - Supporting Entrepreneurship", aimed at reducing the gender gap in Egyptian entrepreneurship, which comes under the joint program "Women's Economic Empowerment for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth in Egypt” between UN Women and UNIDO, in partnership with the National Council for Women, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and with the support of the Government of Canada.
The project includes virtual training (In Arabic) To upgrade the skills of 1000 entrepreneurs or women with a business idea to transform into a project. The project will run over two years and the training will be centered around entrepreneurial topics such as market study, corporate governance and financial modeling, as well as personal skills and empowerment support.
After the training period, women entrepreneurs will be supported to develop, maintain and scale-up their projects through business incubators.
Participation Criteria:
- You are an entrepreneur or have an idea you want to turn into a project.
- From one of the following governorates: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, El-Bhaira, Minya, Benisuif or Fayoom.
- 21 years old and elder.
- Computer Skills.
- has stable Internet connection for the duration of the program.
